RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
ALL SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS, INTIMATES, JEWELRY, FACE MASKS, AND BEUATY PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow High Horse Clothing Store 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- High Horse Clothing Store will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@highhorseclothingstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
